Job Title: Property Consultant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reports To: Senior Property Consultant
Description and Role Objectives
To support the client’s business development and growth objectives, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Property Consultant to focus on driving property sales, engaging potential clients, and promoting the client's brand.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the client and potential buyers, providing professional advice and support throughout the sales cycle.
Job Responsibilities
Property Sales & Marketing:
Generate and convert leads through cold calls, social media, site tours, and client meetings.
Conduct property tours and site inspections for clients, answering all inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and payment plans of various properties.
Negotiate and close property sales under the guidance of the Senior property consultant.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain a client database and track interactions for continuous engagement.
Brand Promotion & Visibility:
Represent the real estate client at exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
Leverage digital platforms, including social media, to increase visibility of the client’s offerings.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Academic qualifications: HND/BSC in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Estate management or other relevant disciplines.
Professional experience: 0- 2 years' experience in customer service, real estate sales, business development, or related roles.
Core Competencies:
Deep commitment to Client’s mission and values, demonstrating alignment with its vision and objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Passion for real estate and property development.
Must be resident in Abuja.
Compensation
The compensation package for this position is competitive and includes commission on property sales, alongside a base salary and performance incentives.
