Job Title: Estate Surveyor / Valuer

Location: Agidingbi, Ikeja - Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified Estate Surveyor to manage, value, and oversee properties and real estate assets. 
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in property valuation, leasing, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and valuations.
• Prepare reports on property values, rent, and market trends.
• Manage leases, tenancy agreements, and property documentation.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and property owners.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management or related fields.
• 2-5 Years work experience.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., NIESV, ESVARBON) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in property management tools and MS Office.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
