Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to lead client acquisition, drive revenue growth, and increase brand visibility for our hospitality business. 
• The ideal candidate will be creative, persuasive, and proactive, with a strong background in hospitality sales and digital marketing. 
• This role is essential to positioning the brand competitively in the marketplace and ensuring a steady flow of customers and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
• Promote the brand across various platforms including social media, email, offline media, and direct sales
• Respond to leads and inquiries promptly, converting them into bookings and repeat business
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal offers
• Collaborate with operations, front desk, and events team to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, client feedback, and marketing performance
• Manage the online presence of the business across Google, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Source and follow up on partnership opportunities and influencer collaborations

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media tools, and CRM systems
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-driven, confident, and highly organized
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for events
• Graphic design or content creation skills are an added advantage

• Energetic and persuasive personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of local market trends and customer preferences
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
