Job Description
We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role is essential in building our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving online growth through strategic social media initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, creative storytelling skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize performance.

Job Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, creative, and relevant content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns to promote our services and achieve marketing objectives.
Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally, or escalating to the appropriate channel.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, values, and objectives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with the development/IT and design teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
Education: OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (minimum of 2 years preferred).
Skills:
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Creative thinking with exceptional written and visual communication skills.
Ability to create high-quality content (text, images, video).
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
