Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. 
• This role is essential in building our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving online growth through strategic social media initiatives.
• To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, creative storytelling skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, creative, and relevant content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns to promote our services and achieve marketing objectives.
• Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally, or escalating to the appropriate channel.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, values, and objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development/IT and design teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (minimum of 2 years preferred).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Creative thinking with exceptional written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to create high-quality content (text, images, video).
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
