We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chef

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team and lead the preparation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, creativity in menu development, and strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and ensure a consistent and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
You will collaborate with restaurant management to design seasonal menus, source fresh ingredients, and implement cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
Your ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff will be essential in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment.
In this role, you will also be expected to stay current with culinary trends and continuously innovate to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
You should be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapting to changing customer preferences.
A strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene is essential.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting. A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is highly desirable.
You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding food and service.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Creativity and passion for culinary arts
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience with inventory management and cost control.
