Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Planner Engineer, you will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project. (Proven experience with Microsoft Project, including advanced functionality)
• Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create baseline schedules and monitor progress against them.
• Build and document project steps, tasks, and sequences clearly and efficiently.
• Generate progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for stakeholders to track and monitor performance.
• Work with cost controllers to ensure that project costs remain within approved limits.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely execution of planned activities.

Requirements

• B.Eng./HND in Civil Building Engineering, Construction Management, or any other related discipline.
• Professional certification in Engineering or relevant areas.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a reputable organization.
• Prior experience in construction or project planning.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
