Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Digital Marketing Associate to own and scale our digital platforms and growth engine.
In this role, you will own the development and execution of growth strategies that drive user acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and data teams to design high-impact experiments, manage digital channels, and identify scalable growth opportunities across the customer journey.
Growth Strategy & Leadership:
Develop, own, and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead experimentation across the marketing funnel, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and multichannel campaign design.
Identify new channels, tools, and tactics to drive scalable and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with leadership to align growth objectives with overall business strategy.
Performance Marketing & Channel Ownership:
Oversee and optimize all digital acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic).
Design and lead retargeting, remarketing, and growth-focused ad campaigns across the funnel.
SEO, Content & Lifecycle Marketing:
Lead SEO strategy and implementation to drive long-term organic growth.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-impact marketing assets.
Manage lifecycle marketing initiatives (email, CRM, automation) to increase engagement, retention, and LTV.
Lead initiatives around Google SEO, retargeted marketing etc
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product and Engineering to drive growth experiments, optimize user experience, and reduce friction in the conversion journey.
Align with Sales, Customer Success, and Brand teams to create cohesive messaging and performance feedback loops.
Guide and mentor junior team members or external contractors as needed.
Leads & Conversion OKRs:
Define, own, and report on growth OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) related to lead generation, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
Set and track monthly/quarterly goals for:
Number of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads)
SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
Lead-to-customer conversion rate
Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
Website and landing page conversion rates
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align lead generation with customer journey and revenue goals.
Content Strategy Development:
Define and document content marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Create a content calendar for regular posting for awareness, engagement and conversion.
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Create and manage editorial calendars and content roadmaps.
Ideate and plan content across formats (blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, eBooks, social posts, email campaigns).
Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to create high-quality content.
Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content creation.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content pieces.
Monitor and improve content rankings using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Strategize and execute content promotion across channels (email, social media, influencer outreach, PR).
Analytics & Reporting:
Define KPIs and growth metrics; build dashboards and reporting systems to track performance.
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or Segment to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
Generate actionable insights from data and use them to inform ongoing strategies and initiatives.
Deliver weekly/monthly reports and insights to leadership, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, wins, and next steps.
Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies.
