Job Title: Digital Marketer & Social Media Content Creator

Locations: Ikeja, Ogba, Anthony, Shomolu & Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and business-savvy Digital Marketer and Social Media Content Creator to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies and engaging social media content for our brand.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, NCE, HND, OND Diploma, or equivalent in any field, with proven experience in digital marketing and social media content creation being an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Social Media Content Creation:

• Create high-quality, engaging social media content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.

Content Development:

• Develop and curate content that aligns with our brand's messaging and objectives.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Ensure all content is high-quality, relevant, and optimized for various digital platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Business Development:

• Identify opportunities to leverage digital marketing and social media to drive business growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives and goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, NCE, HND, OND Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media content creation is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media content creation.
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media presence.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Business Acumen:

• Understanding of business principles and objectives.
• Ability to align digital marketing strategies with business goals and outcomes.
