Job Title: Senior Analyst / Associate

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for supporting investment programmes, as well as accelerator and incubator initiatives implemented by CcHUB.
Key responsibilities include researching potential startups, conducting market analysis, assisting with the selection process, and providing hands-on support to participating companies throughout the acceleration period.
The role also contributes to overall programme development, with tasks such as data analysis, reviewing pitch decks, and coordinating events and workshops.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role will play a key part in supporting portfolio companies across the investment platforms and accelerator/incubator programmes managed and/or implemented by CcHUB.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Analyst/Associate may include, but are not limited to:
Programme Development and Execution:
Assisting in the design of accelerator curricula and programme structure.
Coordinating workshops, events, and mentorship sessions with industry experts identified by the Investment Unit.
Managing administrative tasks related to the programme, including communication with startups and tracking their progress.
Startup Support:
Supporting the Portfolio Manager and Investment Manager in delivering hands-on assistance to participating startups.
Assisting startups in refining their pitch decks and presentations.
Facilitating connections between startups and relevant investors, partners, and mentors.
Market Analysis and Research:
Conducting industry research to identify emerging trends, perform competitor analysis, and explore market opportunities that inform CcHUB’s investment strategy.
Analysing data to generate insights for both the accelerator programme and participating startups.
Reporting and Communication:
Preparing reports on programme performance, startup progress, and key metrics.
Communicating updates to internal stakeholders and investors.
Drafting and coordinating internal and external reports and presentations on CcHUB’s investment platform portfolios, with a focus on quarterly reports to shareholders and support in preparing quarterly valuation reports.
Investment Management:
Conducting research, analysis, and evaluation of countries, industries, investment environments, and companies for potential and existing investment opportunities.
Performing ad hoc financial forecasts and analyses to assess potential investment opportunities, including building, reviewing, and maintaining flexible financial models.
Supporting due diligence processes, working independently and in collaboration with external advisors.
Working with the Portfolio Manager and Investment Manager to develop, execute, support, and monitor value-adding and exit strategies for CcHUB’s investment portfolio.
Qualifications
Key Skills /Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA, ACA, or MBA will be advantageous.
3-5 years of experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities, supporting business operations of portfolio companies, portfolio reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good rapport, relationships and influence with all relevant stakeholders.
Strong experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation methodologies, due diligence, developing dashboards and value-creation initiatives.
