We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Start up / shut down HVAC units and monitor performance
• Monthly filter cleaning and condenser maintenance
• Quarterly steam wash and refrigerant pressure checks
• Inspect and clean ductwork, pipes, joints
• Test electrical controls and motor wiring
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free work area

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a FSLC
• 3+ years in commercial HVAC maintenance
• Relevant HVAC certification or equivalent experience
• Proficient in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and basic electrical
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Microsoft Office familiarity
• Residence near Victoria Island.
