Job Title: Technical Drawing Teacher

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning:

• Deliver lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum and schemes of work.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Use technology and teaching aids to enhance lesson delivery.
• Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Lesson Planning & Assessment:

• Prepare detailed lesson plans, learning materials, and resources ahead of class.
• Assign and assess classwork, homework, and tests regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and performance.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

Student Development & Support:

• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Support the social and emotional development of students.
• Identify students who may need additional support and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for intervention.

Classroom & Behaviour Management:

• Establish clear expectations for behavior and discipline in the classroom.
• Handle student behavior in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff.
• Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Professional Development:

• Engage in continuous professional learning and stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
• Reflect on teaching practices and seek opportunities for growth.
