RSIN was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. We mainly conduct business in Nigeria and other Western African countries. Over the past 20 years of development, we have become a multinational corporation with diversified industrial clusters of iron and steel, chemical fibre, plastics, textile and lead-acid battery manufacturing based on the construction of a circular economy industrial park.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Procurement Manager

Locations: Bauchi, Benue, Gombe, Nasarawa, and Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Plans and designs mines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and commercial viability.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, manages teams, and ensures adherence to safety regulations.
• Assists in the extraction and processing of minerals, operating and maintaining equipment, and conducting site inspections.
• Operates machinery, designs entryways, and operates explosives to extract ore and rocks.
• Supports miners, performing various tasks to assist in the extraction of resources.
• Designs and implements mining projects, ensuring alignment with safety, environmental, and economic considerations.
• Collects and analyzes data, prepares sketches and notes, and verifies the accuracy of survey information.
• Ability to solve problems, think of a better way to outsource materials for the company.

Qualification and Experience

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3-10 years of experience. 
• Prior experience in the mining industry, particularly in roles related to the specific job function.
• Ability to identify quality materials with a high percentage of lead composite.

Other Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mining-related computer software, understanding of mining operations and processes, ability to develop and implement advanced mining techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify optimal mining locations and methods, and prepare reports on production metrics.
• Management Skills: Leadership, team management, project management, and the ability to train and mentor staff.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to present information effectively, and collaborate with various teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the mining industry and the ability to ensure safe working practices.
