Chi-Daniels Global Concept Limited is an import-based company that deals in building materials, carpentry accessories and fittings as well as automobile parts.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Locations: Lagos Island and Mushin - Lagos

Job Description

• Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, analysis and customer profiling.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing and media team to create marketing materials like flyers, catalogues, adverts and online content to support sales efforts and campaign
• Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators and analyse sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events to generate leads and drive traffic and increase sales conversions across various channels.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies and best practices in sales and marketing.
• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or other related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
