Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire high-value clients and expand the company's consulting portfolio across various sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and ongoing account management.
Proposal Development & Presentation: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases that demonstrate the value proposition. Lead client presentations and negotiate contracts to secure profitable engagements and long-term partnerships.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and market segments.
Partnership & Network Development: Establish strategic partnerships with complementary service providers, industry associations, and referral sources. Build and leverage professional networks to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution. Communicate client needs and market insights to internal teams to drive service innovation and improvement.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within consulting or professional services.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and business intelligence tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop winning strategies.
Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating significant revenue growth.
Experience in consultative selling with a focus on complex, high-value professional services engagements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to articulate value propositions clearly and close deals effectively.
Deep understanding of consulting methodologies and ability to match client needs with appropriate service solutions.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
