Job Title: Volunteer Content Creator

Location:  Nigeria

About the Role

• We’re looking for confident, camera-friendly content creators who can help us bring our message to life through short, engaging face-to-camera videos.
• These videos will be used to promote our services, spotlight opportunities, and build an authentic connection with job seekers and professionals across our platforms.
• This role is not for animation or motion graphics. We already have a team for that. We need people who can show up, speak up, and represent Talent and Teaon screen.

Responsibilities

• Create 3 face-to-camera videos per month based on scripts or talking points provided
• Share personal insights or narrate Talent&See messages in a clear, engaging way
• Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure videos align with campaigns
• Deliver raw or edited clips in a timely manner
• Be available for occasional brainstorming or feedback sessions (remote)

Requirements
You’re a great fit if:

• You're confident speaking in front of a camera
• You're not camera shy, and you know how to bring energy on screen
• You have good lighting and sound setup (or you're willing to improve it)
• You can follow a script or freestyle in a natural, engaging way
• You’re passionate about storytelling, education, or helping job seekers grow.

Bonus if:

• You’ve created TikToks, Reels, or YouTube Shorts before
• You’re great at improvising or simplifying complex ideas
• You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and open to creative feedback
