About The Job

• We are currently hiring a skilled SAP XPS Developer for a leading pharmaceutical company. This role suits someone with solid SAP XPS experience who’s passionate about optimizing systems and delivering high-impact solutions.
• We are seeking an experienced SAP XPS Developer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP XPS solutions to support business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other technical teams to ensure that the integration of SAP XPS is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP XPS Development: Design and implement SAP XPS solutions based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems.
• System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between SAP XPS and other internal or external applications, ensuring data consistency and quality.
• Customization & Configuration: Customize SAP XPS modules to meet business-specific requirements, and configure the SAP system accordingly.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP XPS. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex system problems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all XPS solutions, including design specifications, process flows, and system configuration.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional and business teams to understand requirements, define solution specifications, and provide technical expertise for project delivery.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve overall system efficiency and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an SAP XPS Developer or in a similar role involving SAP XPS development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP XPS and its components, including architecture, modules, and integration points.
• Experience with ABAP programming and SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) for integration.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, UI5, and HANA (if applicable to your business context).
• Proficient in SQL, XML, Web Services, and other integration technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Candidates with the following skills will have an added advantage:

• SAP Certification in XPS or related technologies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience in implementing end-to-end SAP solutions, including functional and technical aspects.
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain, within pharma.
• Excellent communication&interpersonal skill
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with a customer-focused mindset.
