Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual looking to build a career in warehouse and inventory management.
As a Warehouse Officer, you will play a key role in receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise accurately and efficiently.
You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure proper stock handling, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment of orders.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing stock according to company standards.
Label, store, and track merchandise accurately using ERP systems (e.g., ODDO).
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer and store orders on time.
Conduct regular stock counts and support full inventory exercises.
Report stock variances, damages, and quality issues promptly.
Collaborate with production, retail, audit, and planning teams to resolve inventory issues.
Ensure proper reconciliation of stock received against ERP uploads and physical checks.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Generate daily and weekly reports on inventory movement and warehouse activities.
Support space management and warehouse process improvement initiatives.
What To Have
OND / HND qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail, FMCG, or fashion.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g ODDO) and MS Excel.
High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically able to handle stock movement and warehouse tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
