Job Summary
The Senior Creative Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping how the brand is visually experienced across campaign, retail, and content platforms.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional with experience in fashion styling, campaign execution, and visual merchandising.
You’ll drive seasonal campaigns, lead visual presentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the brand’s identity is consistently and compellingly expressed.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that reflect seasonal brand direction and elevate product storytelling.
Lead the execution of in-store displays, window installations, and showroom setups to ensure a cohesive and premium brand presentation.
Fashion Campaigns & Content Creation
Ideate and pitch creative campaign concepts—including photoshoots, lookbooks, and editorial content—for both product and lifestyle storytelling.
Manage all creative logistics: from casting and wardrobe styling to set design and on-site direction during shoots.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Serve as the creative point of contact between teams—design, production, marketing, and retail—to ensure brand alignment.
Provide creative leadership during store rollouts, campaign installations, and product launches.
Source and manage creative assets, props, and styling tools that enhance visual storytelling.
Growth & Innovation
Stay updated on fashion, styling, and retail presentation trends and propose new ideas for visual improvement.
Participate in team training sessions and mentor junior creatives or interns.
What To Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Creative Arts, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or garment industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing styling, campaign work, and visual merchandising.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
