Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized, smart, and proactive Operations & Production Manager to help drive efficiency across all our fashion operations while supporting the CEO in day-to-day activities.
The Operations & Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating production, managing client relations, handling social media inquiries, and supporting the CEO with administrative and operational tasks.
This role requires a hands-on, flexible, and resourceful individual with strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
Job Responsibilties
Production & Workflow Management:
Supervise the production of bridal, bespoke, and ready-to-wear outfits.
Translate design concepts and sketches into clear production plans.
Track each client order from measurement to final delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Oversee fittings, alterations, and finishing processes.
Manage and assign tasks to tailors, stylists, and production team members.
Maintain a smooth daily workflow and resolve any production-related challenges promptly.
Client Orders & Customer Service:
Take and confirm customer orders in-person, over the phone, and online.
Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer measurements, style details, and delivery timelines.
Handle customer complaints, questions, and special requests in a timely, respectful manner.
Follow up with clients regularly on order progress and feedback.
Social Media & Online Communications:
Respond promptly to inquiries and DMs on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Send price lists, lookbooks, and order forms to interested customers.
Manage order conversions from social media leads and track performance.
Coordinate with the content team to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is communicated.
Website & Catalogue Management:
Update website and product catalogues regularly with new collections and available designs.
Ensure all pricing, descriptions, and visuals are accurate and brand-consistent.
Collaborate with photographers and content creators to maintain high-quality visuals.
Vendor & Inventory Coordination:
Manage inventory of fabrics, accessories, and production materials.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fabric sourcing and timely deliveries.
Keep stock records and restock materials when necessary.
Prevent wastage by implementing smart material usage processes.
Assistant to the CEO:
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and fittings for the CEO.
Take notes, manage calendars, and send reminders.
Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare reports, order summaries, and production updates for review.
Assist with coordinating events, travel plans, or client visits when needed.
Keep confidential information private and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Fashion Production, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in operations, customer service, or production management (preferably in fashion).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with social media (especially Instagram and WhatsApp) for business.
Strong understanding of fashion production processes is essential.
Must be organized, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
