We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Direct the financial operations of the firm, including budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial management.
• Verify payment, preparation of journal entries for customers’ transactions
• Reconciliation of payments from different platforms and keeping records of collection
• Control of the petty cashbook and regular update of float analysis
• Posting of daily transactions for proper record.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in line with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Manage company cash flow, oversaw treasury activities, and ensured optimal liquidity for operations and investments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, investment positions, and internal ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Oversee payroll, vendor payments, invoicing, and client receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions and investment planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager
• BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
