Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our team and clients with various administrative and operational tasks.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

• Manage emails, schedules, and calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organize virtual meetings, conferences, and appointments.
• Handle basic customer service inquiries and communication.
• Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and manage posts across various social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and track metrics.

Data Entry and Research:

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct online research and provide relevant information as needed.

Customer Support:

• Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries via email, chat, or phone.
• Track customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Content Creation and Management:

• Assist in creating and editing blog posts, newsletters, and other written content.
• Format and prepare presentations, reports, and documents.

Personal Assistance:

• Assist with personal tasks, such as travel arrangements or making reservations.
• Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Trello, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of website management or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.

Salary
N170,000 / Month.
