Job Requirements

• VistaLux Hospitality & Resorts is looking for a smart, organized, and presentable individual to join our team as an Administrative Brand Officer.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys office work, neatness, and good communication.
• You will support the smooth running of the office and help keep the company’s brand and image professional in all communications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and formatting letters, emails, and official documents.
• Arrange and support meetings, appointments, and schedules.
• Help ensure that all documents and communications reflect the company’s brand.
• Work with admin and marketing teams to keep things organized and professional.
• Welcome guests and clients politely when necessary
• Handle tasks with care and keep company information confidential

Skills and Requirements

• Good communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Must be neat, well-presented, and respectful.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to pay attention to small details.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
