We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sterling Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Independent Agent Assistant to support our real estate agents in the sales, lease, rent, and valuation of residential and commercial properties.
  • As an Independent Agent Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate business, providing administrative support, and assisting agents with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Property Listings:

  • Assist agents in creating and updating property listings on various platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in property data, descriptions, and images.

Client Management:

  • Manage client inquiries and respond to emails, calls, and messages.
  • Schedule viewings, meetings, and open houses.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on property trends, prices, and market conditions.
  • Provide agents with relevant market data and insights.

Valuation and Appraisal:

  • Assist agents in conducting property valuations and appraisals.
  • Gather data on comparable properties and market trends.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and manage documents, including sales agreements, lease contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Assist agents in creating marketing materials, such as property brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Help promote properties on various platforms.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage agent schedules, calendars, and databases.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in real estate, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
