Overview
We’re looking for a Content Creator & Online Sales Handler to drive online engagement and boost sales by creating irresistible content, managing our social media pages, and providing a smooth digital customer experience.

What Does the Role Entail?
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
Capture, edit, and create visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels) of products and behind-the-scenes moments.
Design engaging graphics and layouts for social media using tools like Canva or similar.
Plan and schedule content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and Pinterest.
Respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries in a timely, helpful, and warm tone.
Monitor social media insights to understand what content works and tweak accordingly.
Sales Handling & Customer Experience:
Convert online enquiries into confirmed sales using persuasive messaging and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate logs of orders and update the sales register.
Log upcoming event cake orders in our order management tool and work with the operations team to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, content, and the ordering experience.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotions, seasons, and campaigns.
Work with the operations team to track fulfilments, flag order issues, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Generate weekly reports on sales performance and social engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.
Strong photography and video editing skills (with your phone or basic equipment).
Graphic design skills using Canva (or similar) and video editing tools like Adobe Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.
Comfortable chatting with customers online and guiding them to purchase.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good written communication skills, especially in creating catchy captions and product descriptions.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in e-commerce, online customer service, or social media handling.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other tracking tools.
Prior experience in food, hospitality, or product sales is a plus.
