Job Title: Personal Assistant to MD

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO

Job Summary

• Are you organized, proactive, and great at multitasking? We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and highly dependable Personal Assistant to the MD who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently support top-level decision-making.
• This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the MD of a growing makeup and beauty brand, providing executive support and helping manage the day-to-day flow of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the MD
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
• Track project timelines and follow up on key deliverables
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Support the MD in both personal and professional engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
• Confident, well-spoken, and professionally presentable
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Bonus Points:

• Background in supporting C-level executives
• Familiarity with the beauty, fashion, or retail industry
• Social media savvy or experience assisting with digital admin tasks

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
