Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team in Ikeja.
• The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting informed business decisions and driving operational efficiency across our financial technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from internal and external sources.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations) to support data needs.
• Build and maintain predictive models and data pipelines for ongoing analysis.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a data analysis role, preferably in fintech or tech.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Must be willing to work onsite at the Ikeja office.
