Summary
We are seeking a versatile and technically skilled AI & Technical Specialist to join our growing innovation team.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI software systems and hardware support, helping both internal teams and clients optimize, troubleshoot, and deploy intelligent technology solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on with devices and systems, and skilled at working with AI platforms, scripts, and automation tools.
You'll support a wide range of use cases - data processing, device configuration, automation setup, and AI workflow maintenance - making you a vital part of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Software Operations:
Operate, configure, and optimize AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, OCR tools, automation bots).
Build and test automation workflows using no-code/low-code tools or scripts (e.g., Python, Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
Troubleshoot issues with AI model outputs and ensure quality assurance of tasks.
Set up and manage API integrations and AI service endpoints.
Maintain AI tools documentation and user guidelines for internal and client teams.
Technical & Hardware Support:
Provide remote technical support for device setups, system configurations, and software installations.
Manage and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), network configurations, and remote desktop setups.
Perform diagnostics, updates, and remote maintenance of hardware and peripherals used in distributed teams.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users with secure and compliant tech setup.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with client success, engineering, and operations teams to align tech tools with business goals.
Provide technical insight for digital transformation initiatives and AI process optimization.
Support training and onboarding sessions for team members adopting new tools and systems.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in a technical support, systems administration, or AI tool operations role.
Strong knowledge of both software systems and IT hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AI/automation platforms like ChatGPT, Zapier, Power Automate, Make.com, OCR tools, or document processing AI.
Proficient with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Bash) and APIs.
Experience with Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environments and remote desktop tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, or Google IT Support.
Experience working in a BPO, tech startup, or AI operations environment.
Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols, device management, or remote IT security.
Experience deploying AI agents, chatbots, or low-code AI workflows.
