Job Description

• We are looking for a results-driven Data Analyst to join our analytics and insights team.
• The successful candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform business decisions and improve service delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and build dashboards and data visualizations to communicate findings to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate with client operations, engineering, and product teams to understand data requirements and develop analytic solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, reporting tools, and documentation.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, flag anomalies, and recommend process improvements.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
• Assist in predictive modeling and forecasting to support client and internal decision-making.
• Translate business challenges into data questions and solve them with statistical and analytical techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
• Experience working with large datasets, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote, distributed team or BPO setting.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools or automated data extraction processes.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and project management systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or Monday.com.
• Experience in building or maintaining ETL pipelines.
