We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Pharmacologist
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
Efficiently address customer needs on the shop floor, following the Mopheth experience standards.
Provide patient counseling and attend to customer requests, adhering to organizational rules and policies.
Possess thorough knowledge of stocked products, identifying fast-moving items and slow sellers.
Report unstocked products requested by customers promptly to the branch head or assistant branch head.
Oversee store inventory, cross-check non-drug items, and report discrepancies. Moreover, you will be available for stock-taking, even outside your regular work schedule.
Professionally attend to patients, understand their conditions, and recommend medications.
Monitor expiration dates of inventory and close-dated products, reporting promptly to the branch head or assistant branch head.
Ensure proper cleaning and arrangement of shelves and products in accordance with shelf appeal rules.
Manage and supervise Pharmacist Interns, Pharmacologists, Pharmacy trainees, and Shop attendants, ensuring excellence in task execution.
Prescribe and dispense medications accurately, providing patient counseling following the Mopheth experience standards.
Monitor blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and other health checks as needed.
Submit efficient reports on out-of-stock products for all departments within the store.
Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the store in the absence of the branch head.
Promptly report repairs or damages to the administrative manageror Branch Head.
Manage store inventory by cross-checking items with merchandisers and confirming with a signature on receiving vouchers.
Achieve a minimum of 15 supplement sales per day and submit daily reports.
Organize quarterly health programs, uphold shelves' appeal to Mopheth experience standards, and report inaccuracies in received items to the purchase department.
Ensure proper store arrangement according to shelf appeal rules.
Complete sales transactions, balance POS, direct deposits, and cash amounts at the end of each shift.
Minimize situations leading to refunds/exchanges by following the sales process. In rare cases of refunds/exchanges, report and handle them promptly under the branch head's guidance.
Responsible for weekly requisition of store needs and adhere to organizational rules and policies.
Attend all weekly clinical meetings as this isMandatory.
Oversee store inventory, verify non-drug items, and report any discrepancies. Additionally, you will be required to participate in stock-taking, even outside your regular work schedule, as it is mandatory.
Ensure completion of regular and assigned tasks.
Adhere to organizational rules and policies, completing tasks and assignments set by the Branch Head.
Adhere to legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.

Positivity- Serves to measure mindset towards workload, target meeting for both sales and supplements sold, performing tasks assigned excellently and without complaints or excuses and cooperation with branch head.
Adherence to all Organization rules and policies.
Discipline - level of discipline displayed on the job.
Punctuality.
Store Responsibilities:
Measures if the store is always clean and properly arranged during the shift and at handover. If there are no issues on the shift and how promptly issues are handled andreported to the appropriate head.
Also measures how staff manages / maintains all company’s property and prevents deterioration/damage.
Ability to properly confirm items, be vigilant about stock, report discrepancies promptly and efficiently write out of stock.
How well the cleaners are being managed and supervised.
Problem solving:
Critical thinking skills - ability to proffer solution to issues that may arise
Observation - how observant is the individual to the happenings in the store.
Product knowledge - knowledge of the products we have in stock and location in the store.
Relationship:
Customer relationship - measures customers' reviews. Positive reviews, no reviews or negative reviews (complaints) from customers show if a staff is meeting up to the Mopheth experience standards.
Staff relationship- relationship with co-workers and managerial staff.
Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
Track and report daily sales transactions and monitor product sales trends.
Effectively utilize upselling techniques to promote supplementary products.
Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on service quality.
Respond to customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Measure and maintain a high level of positive customer interactions.
Inventory Management:
Optimize inventory turnover by minimizing excess stock and addressing slow-moving items.
Implement efficient stock rotation strategies to reduce product expiration rates.
Monitor and analyze stock levels to ensure optimal availability of products.
Supervision and Leadership:
Evaluate the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback.
Assess the effectiveness of the supervision of shop attendants and interns.
Encourage a positive and collaborative working environment.
Operational Efficiency:
Implement measures to enhance the overall efficiency of day-to-day store operations.
Analyze and streamline processes to reduce response times for inventory checks and reports.
Monitor the accuracy and completeness of sales transactions.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
