About the Role – What is a Traffic Executive?

• In the advertising world, a Traffic Executive is the heartbeat of internal coordination.
• You're the person who ensures that tasks are clearly assigned, timelines are tracked, and nothing slips through the cracks.
• You’ll in our Traffic and operations team to manage the flow of work across departments and keep projects moving forward smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Work with team leads to assign tasks and follow up on deliverables.
• Track project progress and ensure timelines are being met.
• Use project management tools to monitor and manage tasks.
• Help identify roadblocks and support teams in clearing them.
• Maintain an organized system that supports speed and excellence.

Requirements

• Must have B.Sc in Project Management or any related field.
• Experience managing internal tasks in a creative or tech setting.
• You’re eager to work and learn.
• You have strong attention to detail and are highly organized.
• You adapt easily to new tools and fast-changing environments.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• You have a mindset for growth and ownership.
• Must be Familiar with tools like Microsoft teams planner, trello, notion.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Salary
N237,500 / Month.
