Job Summary
Translate complex features into clear, relatable outcomes and tailor messaging to target ideal customer profiles by industry, geography, and business size.
Support sales with compelling content to accelerate deal cycles while designing onboarding flows that deliver early value and improve adoption.
Responsibilities
Drive product positioning and messaging by defining frameworks per module (e.g.,Compliance, Risk, Privacy) and crafting tailored value propositions for each ICP.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to build enablement tools (battle cards, demo-flows), run internal briefings, and ensure high-quality lead experiences using platforms like Web-flow and Mailchimp.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and regional roll-outs, aligning messaging with actual product delivery.
Capture the voice of the customer through win/loss analysis, sales call insights, and competitive research to inform strategy and roadmap.
Support lifecycle and activation with onboarding flows, email sequences, in-app nudges, and experiment-driven user journeys.
Inform roadmap prioritization through ICP trends and demand signals
Influence packaging/bundling strategy for different markets
Serve as internal “editor-in-chief” for how Cybervergent tells its product story
Expand positioning into new sectors (education, manufacturing, logistics).

B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Communication, or any other related field
7 - 9 years experience in product marketing or any related field.
Trainings / Certifications:
MBA
CBMM
Other relevant certifications.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, or cybersecurity domains.
Proven ability to create compelling messaging and positioning frameworks.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
