Job Title: Head Nurse

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement patient experience improvement initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate and engage staff on patient experience best practices, empathy, and communication skills.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Track and analyze patient experience metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to patient experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Develop and implement staffing plans
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
