Job Title: Professional Male Barber

Location: Nyanya-Karshi Road, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality haircuts, fades, shaves, beard trims, and line-ups tailored to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles and grooming services.
• Perform scalp treatments, hair coloring, and hair care maintenance where necessary.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and adhere to all health & safety protocols.
• Manage appointment schedules and walk-in clients professionally.
• Recommend and upsell grooming products and spa services.
• Keep up with the latest hair trends, tools, and grooming techniques.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory of barbering tools and products.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ proven experience as a professional barber in a salon or spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of various hair types, styles, and grooming trends.
• Skilled in both clipper and scissor techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat personal grooming, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
• Certification from a recognized barbering school is an advantage.

Salary
N50,000 - N120,000 per month.
