Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

• As the Human Resource Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the overall business goals.
• This role will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and communication strategies.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment regulations in all HR practices and documentation.
• Design and administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to management on HR-related matters.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.
• Manage disciplinary processes in line with company policies and best practices.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Master’s degree or HR professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHR) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing HR functions in a multi-unit or multi-location organization is preferred.
