We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administative Assistant 

Location: Ogba / Ifako-Ijaye, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and listening skills, be business-inclined, and have a strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, NCE, HND, OND, Diploma, or equivalent in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor online presence.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Multitasking:Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree, NCE, HND, OND, Diploma, or equivalent in a relevant field with 1 - 3 years work experience. 
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an added advantage.
  • Business Acumen:Business-inclined and social media-savvy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
