Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Salon Manager to lead our dynamic team.
• If you have a proven track record in salon management, a knack for customer service, and a desire to foster a positive and productive work environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient scheduling, and optimal resource utilization.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of stylists, nail technicians, estheticians, and receptionists. Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Customer Experience: Ensure all clients receive exceptional service, manage client feedback, and resolve any issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage inventory, control costs, and work towards achieving revenue targets. Process payroll and manage petty cash.
• Marketing & Promotion: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Manage social media presence and promotional activities.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the salon.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the salon is always well-equipped.
• Facility Management: Oversee salon maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a presentable and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a salon management or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of salon operations, services, and products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is compulsory
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, sales, and inventory.
• Knowledge of current beauty trends and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be a resident in Apo or its environs
