We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Slot: 2 Openings

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Management:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure the availability of equipment, raw materials, and manpower.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies and safety protocols.
• Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.

Quality Control:

• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams for inspections and corrective actions.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Cost and Waste Management:

• Monitor production costs and identify areas to reduce waste and optimize resources.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and time to maximize output and minimize losses.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and address potential hazards in the production area.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.
• Provide regular updates to management on production performance, issues, and solutions.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Biochemistry or Chemistry
• Experience: Experience in a production environment is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
