Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized, driven and technically competent IT Project Manager to oversee and lead complex IT initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both traditional and Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and RAID logs to track project health and performance.
• You will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment, on-time delivery and high-quality project outcomes while reporting directly to the Senior IT Project Manager Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Coordinate and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation using Confluence
• Oversee task management and progress tracking using Jira
• Maintain and update the RAID log to manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring developers, designers, QA, and product teams remain aligned
• Provide clear, concise status updates and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles and frameworks when scaling project efforts across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager
• Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
• Hands-on experience using Jira for sprint tracking and Confluence for documentation
• Strong understanding of RAID logs and how to manage project-level risks and issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a leadership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Salary
N1,500,000 / month.
