INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Control System Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in advancing Process Automation Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Renewable Energy.

From virtualizing SCADA systems for satellite sites, pipeline networks, and digital oilfields to optimizing wellhead and upstream/downstream automation processes, INTECH’s solutions empower industries to streamline operations, enhance reliability, and achieve superior performance outcomes.
Design and implement hardware for specialized control systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and Fire & Gas Systems (FGS), with a focus on Yokogawa, Triconix and Foxboro systems.
Ensure adherence to major industrial standards and apply a conceptual understanding of these standards throughout project phases.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of major instrumentation used in the industry, including clarity on working principles and system functionality.
Prepare engineering documentation including system architecture diagrams, I/O lists, panel layouts, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
Analyze and interpret customer specifications, including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Cause & Effect Diagrams (C&Es), drawings, narratives, and philosophies to gather necessary project information.
Perform system testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for control systems and site work, including commissioning and startup.
Hands-on Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Serve as the technical point of contact for the client, offering clarity on system functionalities and resolving technical queries.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and discuss technical information.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Control Systems Engineering.
5 to 8 years of experience in engineering roles related to control systems, preferably with DCS/SIS/FGS platforms.
Hands-on experience with Yokogawa, Foxboro, and Triconix systems.
Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation and control systems design.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, FRS, Cause & Effect diagrams, and control narratives.
Experience with system testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
