We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all office spaces, including restrooms, kitchen, reception, and meeting rooms.
• Ensure office supplies and cleaning materials are adequately stocked and report when replenishment is needed.
• Carry out internal and external errands as assigned (e.g., deliveries, pickups, purchases).
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and general office arrangements when needed.
• Support the Admin Officer in overseeing basic facility maintenance and reporting any hazards or repairs.
• Ensure waste disposal is done properly and all areas are hygienic and presentable at all times.
• Help in keeping the workspace organized and uncluttered for safety and efficiency.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Admin Officer or Office Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Professional and respectful attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Must be available to work during regular business hours.
• May be required to occasionally stay beyond regular hours to support office needs.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
