Job Title: Enterprise Relationship & Development Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Enterprise Relationship & Development Lead to spearhead high-value business partnerships, corporate sales, and institutional collaborations.
  • This role is critical to expanding the group’s market reach, generating bulk sales, and positioning our luxury brands as the go-to choice for executive gifting, loyalty programs, and bespoke corporate packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with corporations, hotels, airlines, financial institutions, and HNWIs.
  • Corporate Sales Strategy: Lead enterprise-level sales initiatives and create tailored packages that align with client needs and brand values.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation to close high-value deals.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand at industry events, networking forums, and executive meetings to promote business development opportunities.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Acquisition of new enterprise and corporate clients within the first 3–6 months.
  • Tangible revenue growth from bulk and institutional sales channels.
  • Strategic collaborations that elevate the brand’s prestige and visibility.
  • A structured database of high-value leads, clients, and partnership pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B business development or enterprise relationship management, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts and experience closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional presence and ability to represent a luxury brand with finesse.
