Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Kado, Abuja (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite weekly)

About the Role

• We are looking for a creative, smart, and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a focus on promoting travel-related content.
• This is a hybrid position, with onsite presence required 2–3 times a week for content creation, team collaboration, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Develop,Design, schedule, and publish engaging travel content
• Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for social media
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with the team on content strategy and campaign planning
• Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on performance
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Represent the brand positively and professionally across all platforms

Requirements

• Must be presentable, tech-savvy, and camera-friendly
• Strong understanding of content creation, page growth, and community engagement
• Proficient in basic video editing tools and mobile editing apps
• Familiarity with travel content, trends, and destinations
• Must not have too many other engagements – dedication is key
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be available for immediate employment
• Age Requirement: Must be below 25 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing social media for a travel agency is a strong plus
• Prior success creating viral or highly engaging social media content
• Familiarity with using Canva, Inshot, Capcut and other design and editing tools.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid role: Report to the office 2–3 times per week
• Remote tasks to be handled independently with check-ins
