Job Title: 3D Animator and Creative Manager

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly experienced and creative 3D Animator and Creative Manager to lead our creative direction and produce world-class multimedia contents.
• The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to conceptualize, develop, and execute captivating digital experiences across creating product videos, interactive contents, 3D models creation and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative and content development strategy for all multimedia and 3D animation projects.
• Design and produce high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for immersive content experiences.
• Full knowledge of using AI tools like Video generating AI, 3D Animation AI, VFX AI, Motion graphics AI etc
• Collaborate with other teams (IT, marketing and Channels) to create brand-aligned contents that meets strategic goals.
• Use advanced animation software (e.g., Cinema4D, Maya, Poser) and render 3D assets in record time.
• Manage other multimedia production team members
• Drive visual branding, storytelling, and the development of interactive media for educational, medical for corporate applications.
• Leverage AI tools to aid and data track content development.
• Maintain creative quality across digital platforms, social media, and physical installations.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in animation, immersive technology, and content marketing.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in multimedia, animation, and content development.

Proficiency in:

• 3D Animation Tools:
  • Cinema4D, Maya, Poser 12
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• AI Tools for content enhancement and automation.
• Demonstrated experience creating educational, healthcare, or branded multimedia content.
• Strong expertise in motion graphics, video production, and character design.
• Proven leadership in managing creative teams and project delivery.
• Exceptional creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
