The Nigerian Idol Season 3 Registration for Audition  2012 is going on now. Talented candidates are invited to register online. Nigerian Idol is an annual talent hunt programme, its aims and objectives includes bringing out the best in the countrys music and movie industry, discover the most talented Nigerian movie and music stars who will bear the Nollywood flag and represent the face of Nigerian entertainment for the year and to serve as a national pool of naturally talented Nigerians from which stakeholders in the movie and music industries can always draw casts for their productions, among others.

Nigerian Idol exposes hidden Nigerian talents to take their rightful place in the scheme of events in the Nigerian movie and music scenes and our mission is to fulfill the life career dreams of music artists and actors who are disadvantaged

The selection process for the programme will take place on a zonal Auditions in KADUNA, ABUJA, ENUGU, CALABAR and LAGOS. Winners from these zones will then be put through a competition at the grand finale that will produce the Nigerian Idol in the movie and music industries respectively.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be able to prove at the time of your registration and audition that:

• You are a legal Nigerian citizen or a permanent Nigerian resident who is eligible to work full-time in Nigeria.
• You are 16 to 28 years old.

AUDITION LOCATIONS

IMO STATE
Audition Date: 27th October, 2012.
Venue: Imo Concord Hotel
Owerri-Portharcourt Road, New Owerri Layout, Owerri.


EDO STATE
Audition Date: 3rd November, 2012.
Venue: Excallibur Hotel, 23B, Etete Road, GRA, Beside NNPC, Benin City.


LAGOS
Audition Date: 9th & 10th November, 2012.
Venue: Dream Studios 3, Bamako Street across from Omole Phase 1, Ojodu-Berger, Lagos.
