As our Recruitment Lead, your job is to ensure every hire is a power move—whether it’s an Innovation Analyst, a Farm Support Officer, or a CFO.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, drive employer brand visibility, and partner with hiring managers to build high-performing teams from the ground up.

You will:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and niche roles.
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and plan proactively.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership.
Drive alignment between hiring decisions and organizational goals.
Your work will directly influence how we serve our members better, faster, and more sustainably.
Requirements

8–10 years of strong recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Experience hiring across functions (especially innovation, operations, finance, and tech).
A track record of building and managing recruitment pipelines with velocity and quality.
Great instincts for culture fit—and the courage to say “no” when it matters.
Fluency with recruitment systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
Excellent storytelling skills—you can sell a role and a mission.
A sense of urgency without the panic; calm under pressure and confident in ambiguity.
