Job Summary

• We are looking for a well-experienced marketing executive with vast knowledge of marketing to help develop and implement marketing strategies in order to promote the company's products and increase awareness, and drive sales.
• This involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and overseeing a marketing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• This includes researching target audiences, analyzing market trends, and creating marketing plans that align with business goals.
• This involves overseeing all aspects of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to tracking performance and making adjustments.
• Marketing managers are responsible for allocating resources effectively and ensuring that marketing activities stay within budget.
• They track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• In larger organizations, marketing managers may lead and supervise a team of marketing professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
• Marketing managers work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
• They must be aware of the latest marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices to keep the company competitive.
• This involves developing strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition among target audiences.
• Ultimately, marketing managers are responsible for generating leads and driving sales through effective marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring the website and social media channels are up-to-date, engaging, and effective in reaching target audiences.
• This involves gathering data on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree or HND in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in marketing roles, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Membership of a marketing professional body is an added advantage.
• Experience in developing marketing plans, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Experience in managing a marketing team is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• The ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• The ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• The ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
• The ability to motivate and manage a team of marketing professionals.
