Job Title: Professional Driver

Summary

• We are seeking a professional and experienced Company Driver with a minimum of 5 years’ driving experience, a valid Nigerian driver’s license, and an OND orHND qualification to support our fast-growing organization’s operations.
• The ideal candidate must be dependable, well-organized, and experienced in interstate driving,with a strong understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance.
• This role involves transporting staff, clients, partners, top management and officialmaterials to various locations including site visits, inspections, allocation events, andmarketing tours, while ensuring optimal care of the assigned vehicle and representingthe company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilties

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients and partners to specified designations, including interstate travel and remote site locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, serviceability, and security of the assigned vehicle at all the time.
• Accurately document fuel consumption, mileage, trip logs, and maintenance records.
• Assist with loading and offloading of marketing materials, site materials, project tools, and client documents.
• Provide support during land allocations, site inspections, and property tours across various states as requested.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
• Promptly report any road accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues to the appropriate department.
• Handle official errands including logistics coordination, and administrative tasks as directed.
• Maintain a high level of courtesy, discretion and professionalism when dealing with staff, management staff, clients, and partners.
• Secure and submit all relevant trip documents such as fuel vouchers, delivery notes, and receipts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND or HND in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Business Admin, or a related field).
• At least 5 years of active driving experience, with a verifiable track record in a structured organization.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience with interstate driving across Nigeria, especially in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Edo, and surrounding states.
• Excellent knowledge of road signs, driving laws, and defensive driving techniques.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to detect and report faults in vehicle performance.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discretion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside within or close to Ajah or Sangotedo.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
