We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Sales

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Define sales targets, territories, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and upselling strategies.
Implement sales tactics to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and penetration.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Sales Operations:
Optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales and other functions. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Implement systems for monitoring and reporting on sales team performance.
Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market demands.
Client Acquisition Strategies:
Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record in sales, (10 years+) in a senior sales leadership role in FinTech, access to a large community of sales agents, including bank account officers, realtors etc with a focus on digital assets.
Experience with multi-level marketing, and proficiency with AI and AI tools.
Proven sales background, experience with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and the ultra-wealthy, and access to a Pan African Sales Community
Experience working with investment houses, investment banking, and family offices.
Knowledge: Medium level cryptocurrency knowledge.
Network: Established personal network of HNIs and a Pan-African sales community.
Access: Personal network of HNI’s and a Network of Sales agents.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
