Job Summary

• They seek a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead their daily operations.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-industry operations, optimising performance, and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline operations across transportation, real estate, and oil & gas subsidiaries to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Implement robust operational processes and enhance productivity to maximise profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies, innovation initiatives, and risk management protocols.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance across all operational teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field, an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years in senior operational roles, with experience in transportation, real estate, or oil & gas.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with a track record of successful cross-functional management.
• Proven ability to implement efficient processes and drive performance in complex, multi-industry settings.
• Being an expatriate is a plus
• A female, preferably.
