Job Title: Team Operations & Project Manager

Position Overview
LSG Global is seeking a highly organized, self-driven, and firm Team Operations Manager to oversee and manage our growing team of creatives and specialists.
You’ll serve as the key point of accountability monitoring task progress, managing timelines, and reporting updates directly to the Founder. You’ll also occasionally support with brand content creation for the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily task progress across all departments
Track team deliverables using Trello and maintain project timelines
Ensure team members meet assigned deadlines and quality expectations
Communicate clearly with the team and escalate issues or blockers when needed
Host or follow up on check-ins to keep projects on track
Submit weekly progress reports and summary updates to the Founder
Occasionally assist with social media content creation for LSG Global (e.g., captions, IG Stories, template scheduling,story telling)
Must Have With Proofs
Outreach & Business Communication:
Follow up with brands and potential leads
Assist with influencer partnerships and collaborations
Maintain a database of outreach and business contacts
Track and report feedback from potential clients and collaborations.
Requirements Skills & Tools
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Result-driven, organized, and highly proactive
Proficient in Trello board project, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Comfortable managing a remote team and following up with clarity
Ability to remain firm yet respectful in team management
Experience in content marketing or digital agencies is a plus
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Experience with running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).

Team members consistently meet deadlines and submit quality work
Clear weekly communication and updates without micromanagement
Increased efficiency across content creation and client project delivery
Founder spends less time chasing updates and more time scaling the business.
Salary
N55,000 - N75,000 per month
